In opposite to UVB radiation, UVA radiation is also very strong in the aircraft cabin, as these are not filtered by the windows. Unlike UVB radiation, long-wave UVA radiation causes no direct pain on the skin (e.g. sunburn). However, UVA radiation penetrates much deeper into the skin and produces free radicals. In addition, cells can be damaged in the long term, resulting in: faster and more visible skin aging, sun intolerance (redness or itching), pigmentation disorders or even skin cancer. Therefore it is incredibly important for air crews and frequent flyers to use a suitable UVA protection.
Due to the many stress factors in flying, the skin of everyone up there becomes very sensitive. So Avionox was specially developed to protect, care and nourish sensitive skin.
You can currently find Avionox in every Ringeltaube Store at German airports. We'll also be featured in all Lufthansa Board Shops in 2020.
It is best to apply a small sample to the skin 24 hours before the first application of a product. If a rash or similar unwanted reaction occurs, discontinue use. A full list of ingredients can be found on the corresponding product page.

In comparison to normal moisturizers, our highly concentrated serums are specially designed to satisfy the needs of flight-stressed skin. In addition to providing long-lasting and intensive moisture, the serums stabilize the skin flora and protect against dangerous UVA rays as well as numerous bacteria and germs in the cabin. This way we counteract all flight related skin problems like dryness, oiliness or dullness to provide you with smooth skin and a healthy glow even at 40000 feet.
All products are manufactured in Germany, which is part of the European Union. In Europe, it has been completely prohibited to perform animal testing since 11 March 2013. Even in the time before that, we have always distanced ourselves from animal testing and despised it. So all of our products are 100% Cruelty Free!!
Due to the extremely low air humidity in the cabin, the air permanently removes moisture from the skin. Furthermore, the low air pressure disrupts blood circulation and thus the skin's nutrient and moisture supply. We have developed the Cabin Pressure Rehydrator Complex to counteract both problems at the same time. It quickly supplies the damaged and dehydrated skin with extremely regenerative and moisturizing ingredients such as Shea Butter, Allantoin and many more.
When using a normal moisturizer or other hydrating creams, the freshly obtained hydration is usually immediately drained from the dry air. The Procell Flight Complex, in combination with very nourishing plant extracts, closes off the moisture gained in the skin with strong water-binding ingredients such as hyaluronic acid. This means that the serum's long-lasting effect can be ensured even in such extreme conditions.

We offer worldwide free shipping on all orders over 30€. If an order is below 30€ shipping costs 4,95€.
We ship worldwide to all countries.
We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Usually every order is processed the next business day and once shipped you'll get a shipping confirmation via E-Mail. Avionox ships from Germany.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries take approximantly 5 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
If an order is held by local customs or a local post office it's the buyers/customers responsibility to contact their local customs or post office and organize the finalization of shipping. Avionox is not responsible to contact the local customs or post office. Avionox is not liable to refund orders which are refused by local customs and returned to Avionox.

If your product has been damaged on delivery please let us know as soon as possible and we will spare no effort in finding a solution to the problem.
Due to different health regulations, we only accept the return, exchange or refund of an order if the products are sent to us in their original packaging and condition.
Products which were returned opened or damaged won't be refunded. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. To return a product please contact email@example.com.
